did you know that when you make a honey drink you shouldnt dissolve honey in warm water? (you kill all the minerals) so anyhows, my throat's still in a pretty bad shape thanks to all that talking that i had to do while relief teaching at dhs. (i dont really talk that much usually you see hehe) jeev was telling me to drink honey with warm water and i told him that i've been drinking honey with cold water and he laughed at me. and i explained why i drank it with cold water, and he told me warm water soothes the throat more.
so now, im gonna drink honey with cold water. THEN drink warm water after.
good luck to me tonight. im gonna pee so much. i hope there are no monsters in the toilet.
