so i found out, i need to go all the way down to north bridge road to get my Certificate of No Criminal Conviction. so troublesome. i thought i could get that at any neighbourhood police post. looks like tomorrow i gotta go get my passport photos taken. sigh, hope it wont turn out terrible like the last one i took for my ic.
